Licious is building the future of fresh meat and seafood in India. We operate at the intersection of consumer technology, fresh-food supply chain, operations and last-mile delivery , solving some of the most complex problems in the consumer internet space. With a large and growing daily order base across multiple cities, our last mile is a critical part of both the customer experience and business economics . We are now investing in building a more technology-led, high-control and scalable last-mile network. What makes the role meaty... As the Senior Product Manager – Last Mile , you will own the end-to-end Last-Mile Delivery product charter across Delivery Executives (DEs) and 3P delivery partners . Your charter will be to build and scale the technology that enables Licious to progressively move from dependency on third-party partners towards a high-control, owned last-mile model , while improving delivery experience and unit economics. You will: • Own the Last-Mile product roadmap across order allocation, dispatch, delivery execution, exceptions and delivery completion. • Drive improvements in SLA adherence — promised delivery time vs. actual delivery time and Cost Per Delivery (CPD) • Partner deeply with Last-Mile Operations to identify ground-level problems and build technology that improves delivery efficiency, productivity and predictability . • Own and evolve the Last-Mile Delivery App , including the roadmap for its future app-store deployment. • Build the next generation of DE capabilities across hiring, onboarding, L&D, incentives, gamification, engagement and performance tracking . • Improve the overall Delivery Executive Experience (DX) while ensuring a superior customer delivery experience. • Build frameworks to compare 3P vs. owned delivery across CX, DX, SLA adherence, productivity and unit economics. • Work closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, CX and Business teams to translate complex operational problems into scalable product solutions. • Use data, experimentation and strong product judgment to identify the biggest levers for improving delivery speed, reliability and cost efficiency . • Help shape the technology and operating model that will enable Licious to scale its owned last-mile network across cities. This is a role where Product meets real-world operations at significant scale . You will not just build software — you will influence how thousands of orders move every day, how delivery executives experience the platform, and how Licious balances customer experience, operational efficiency and profitability . We hope that you have… Education • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or a related discipline . • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus, but strong product experience will be valued over academic credentials . Experience • 4–8 years of Product Management experience , with meaningful experience owning and scaling products. • Experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, mobility, e-commerce, quick commerce, food delivery, hyperlocal or other operationally intensive businesses . • Strong understanding of delivery networks, dispatch, order allocation, routing, capacity, SLAs and unit economics . • Experience building products with a significant ground operations / frontline workforce component . • Proven ability to use metrics and data to drive outcomes such as on-time delivery, cost per delivery, productivity, utilisation and customer experience . • Experience working closely with Operations, Engineering, Data Science, CX and Business teams . • Strong product thinking and the ability to balance customer needs, operational realities and business economics . • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where the solution requires a combination of technology, process and operational change . It would be great if you have… • Built or scaled a Driver / Rider / Delivery Executive app . • Experience transitioning from or operating across 3P and owned delivery/fleet models . • Experience with workforce management, gig-worker platforms or frontline workforce products . • Exposure to incentives, gamification, engagement or productivity management for frontline teams. • Experience scaling products across multiple cities and high daily transaction volumes . • Exposure to routing, dispatch optimisation, ETA prediction or logistics optimisation .
