Job description

The Role: You will be the first point of contact for senior professionals (C-Suite, senior execs) exploring executive education programs. As a Learning Consultant, you'll deeply understand their business context, leadership career goals, and learning needs, and advise them on the right leadership development programs. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with high-potential professionals via phone, email, SMS, and video calls/meets to build rapport and understand their leadership career goals. - Evaluate their background, experience, and aspirations to align the relevant executive education program. - Manage and drive the entire sales funnel: lead qualification, nurturing, application submission, closing, enrollment (payment). - Maintain detailed interaction records in CRM; update pipeline and performance metrics. - Collaborate with managers and marketing to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimize conversion strategies. - Work with Academic / Ops teams to stay updated on program offerings, differentiate value propositions, and tailor conversations. - Achieve and exceed a cohort's enrollment and revenue targets. - Build and sustain long-term relationships with enrolled executives; encourage referrals and repeat business. - Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams to improve the learner journey, from inquiry to program completion. - Ability to do basic market research - look at some of the best practices and do competitor analysis. Provide feedback or suggestions on any opportunities. - Be flexible in working hours to accommodate US-time zone interactions. Qualifications: - 3+ years of sales / consultative sales experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or executive education. Prior US-market experience preferred. - Proven track record in a high-touch sales environment, working with senior professionals. - Excellent communicator - able to engage, influence, and build trust with C-level executives. - Strong organizational and CRM skills. - Analytical mindset: manage data, track metrics, generate insights. - Empathy, active listening, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor. - Willingness to work US-aligned hours and in a fast-paced, global environment.
