**Role & responsibilities** 1. Collaborate with central Ops planning, BizFin and key stakeholders to meet business metrics - (Timely AOP fulfillment, Talent pool readiness, Availability across shifts) 2. Identify, analyze and plan for the ramp-up/ramp-down during peak sale periods (EORS, May-Sale, BBD, etc.,) 3. Ensure basic FTC-Life cycle & hygiene adherence - (Salary, F&F, ESI, UAN and PF benefits along with insurance benefits: GMC, GTL and GPA) 4. Open eye in the market and implement best practices suited for the workforces through effective flexible and compliant models/other sourcing channels 5. Good understanding of data analytics, dashboards and presentations to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable stories for business leaders, Partners and HR partners 6. Dashboards & Visualization - Align business practice with partners to drive effective performance 7. Be the guardian of change management and implementation - Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance workforce supply and availability 8. Grievance handing and solving on a timely basis 9. \\*Ready to travel at the last minute as per business exigencies\\* **Preferred candidate profile**
