The company promotes values of hope, positivity, and energy, reflected in the name “Niva,” which means sun in Hindi/Sanskrit. **Role Description** The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing and growing key customer and partner relationships for Niva Bupa Health Insurance. The role involves actively engaging with existing and potential customers, understanding their health insurance needs, and offering suitable products and services that align with company guidelines. The Senior Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams and distribution partners, ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing, and address customer queries and concerns promptly. Daily activities include meeting sales and relationship targets, conducting regular follow-ups, organizing customer meetings and presentations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities. The role also requires monitoring market trends, gathering feedback to improve service quality, and representing Niva Bupa’s values in all external interactions. **Qualifications** - Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle queries, and maintain long-term client engagement. - Proven sales and business development capabilities in financial services or insurance, including meeting targets, identifying opportunities, and converting leads. - Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs, interpret policy features, and recommend appropriate solutions. - Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage a field schedule, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and distribution partners. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage. - Prior experience in health insurance, banking, or related financial sectors is preferred, along with familiarity with local Surat market dynamics. - Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads, customer interactions, and reporting
