We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Resident in Anesthesiology to join our team at Aster Medcity in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesiology and 2-5 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility • Provide high-quality patient care and management in the anesthesiology department. • Assist senior consultants in planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical protocols and procedures. • Participate in educational activities such as teaching and mentoring junior residents and medical students. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Develop and maintain accurate patient records and reports. • Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in anesthesiology. Job Requirements • MD or DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution. • Possess strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, critical care medicine, and pain management. • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions is essential. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining confidentiality.
