**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Lead a team of sales executives to achieve daily targets in B2C sales, domestic sales, and inbound calls. - Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and improve customer satisfaction. - Monitor team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching to ensure individual growth. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that drive leads. **Job Requirements :** - 3-6 years of experience in BPO sales or similar industry. - Proven track record in leading teams towards achieving high-volume sales goals. - Strong understanding of telesales principles and techniques. - Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
