Senior Technical Analyst – Medius Application

Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Lead support, maintenance, and enhancements for the Medius platform. • Manage Medius integrations with SAP, Oracle, and other ERP systems. • Support REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and troubleshoot production issues. • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure application performance and compliance. • Prepare documentation and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities. Required Skills: • Strong experience in Medius Invoice Automation and finance/AP processes. • Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL optimization, and database management. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and XSLT. • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and integration experience. • Experience with Dynatrace and application monitoring tools. Preferred Skills: • Experience integrating Medius with SAP or other ERP platforms. • Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud platforms. • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
