Job description: Job Description Role Summary The ServiceNow Senior Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering scalable, secure, and best-practice ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role serves as the design authority for the platform and ensures long-term platform health, upgrade readiness, and alignment with business goals. ͏ Key Responsibilities • Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture aligned with enterprise standards • Act as design authority for platform customizations, integrations, and enhancements • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, licensing, and upgrade-safe design • Own and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap • Establish and enforce development, integration, UI, and data standards • Review and approve technical designs, plugin enablement, and release content • Conduct platform health checks covering performance, security, and scalability • Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support for complex implementations • Mentor senior developers and guide ServiceNow delivery teams • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and governance forums ͏ Role Note This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The Senior Architect is expected to engage deeply with the platform when required and provide strong architectural governance across ServiceNow implementations. ͏ Profile description: Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years on ServiceNow • Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations • Deep expertise in ITSM (mandatory) • Experience in one or more additional modules (CSM, HRSD, ITOM, Custom Apps) • Strong hands-on knowledge of scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, CMDB, and CSDM Certifications (Preferred) • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect / Master Architect Mandatory Skills: AI/ML(RPA) .
