Role & responsibilities • Handling shift activities of Div. A (Mixing, Extruder, Calendaring, Dip-Unit) • Manpower arrangement and manning contracted manpower • Tyre and compounding knowledge • Manpower handling, counselling people for good results • Achieving production, scrap, and other targets • Fillup Production, Delay and manpower entry in SAP. • Calculation of Efficiency and other reports as required. Preferred candidate profile • Communication and Analytical Knowledge • SAP & MS Office • Coordination and Team Building • TQM/ Business Excellence Practices • Experience in Operations and Maintenance
