Job description

Key Responsibilities  Platform AdministrationManage SnapLogic Orgs, Projects, Spaces, and environments (Dev, QA, Prod) across Groundplex and Cloudplex  User & Access Management — Administer user provisioning, role-based access control, and group permissions aligned with security policies  Environment Management — Configure and maintain Snaplexes, manage node health, capacity planning, and performance optimization  CI/CD & Deployment — Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated migration and deployment of SnapLogic assets across environments  Monitoring & Incident Management Monitor platform health, pipeline execution, node utilization, and resolve platform-related incidents within SLA  Security & Compliance Enforce IAM role-based access, credential management, certificate renewals, and alignment with cyber security standards Governance & Standards — Define and enforce platform usage policies, naming conventions, dormant asset cleanup, and best practices  Vendor Coordination — Liaise with SnapLogic support for case management, upgrades, patch deployments, and feature enablement  Documentation Maintain platform documentation, runbooks, KB articles, and Confluence knowledge hub **Required Skills & Experience** 3–5+ years of experience administering SnapLogic or similar iPaaS platforms  Strong understanding of SnapLogic architecture Orgs, Snaplexes, Groundplex, Cloudplex, Ultra Pipelines  Experience with IAM roles, SSO integration, and access governance Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for SnapLogic deployments  Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud services (S3, IAM, VPC, networking)  Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes  Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  Flexible to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support as required Preferred / Good to Have  SnapLogic Architect or Administrator certification  Experience with Elastic Compute and Ultra Task configurations Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise change management  Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment  Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams  Proactive approach to governance and continuous improvement
