About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled **.NET Full Stack Developer** with expertise in modern Microsoft technologies to build and enhance digital solutions for the **Insurance domain**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable cloud-native applications, developing microservices, implementing modern front-end frameworks, and delivering secure, high-performance insurance platforms. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using **.NET 8/.NET 9** and modern web technologies. - Design and implement **Microservices** and **Cloud-Native Architectures**. - Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using **Angular 18+** or **React.js**. - Develop secure RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external insurance systems. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams. - Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions. - Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and security standards. - Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
