**Job Title** : Solution Consultant **Designation** : Principal Consultant **Location:** Any Mphasis Location - Work from office – Hybrid mode - 3 days a week **Job Summary:** The Solution Consultant is a professional client facing position responsible for a range of software implementation activities aimed at achieving high levels of client service and satisfaction during the implementation of Clients artwork management software Veraciti This role requires independent judgment and decision making throughout the implementation process. The Solution Consultant will lead the configuration demonstration and training of Veraciti (or similar labeling and artwork management software) ensuring hands on involvement in configuring the software for our customers. Additionally the position includes providing postlive support to facilitate a smooth transition to using Veraciti Client is looking for a **hands-on enterprise implementation consultant** who has led software implementations for external customers in an enterprise environment **Responsibilities:** At least 5 years of implementation / solution architect lead role for enterprise application such as SAP or Oracle or MES Lead all aspects of implementation for assigned customers adhering to Clients standard implementation approach from discovery discussions to UAT and hypercare Collaborate closely with the project manager to maintain project scope and deliver expected outcomes in line with the statement of work Develop a comprehensive understanding of Veraciti functionality and application Facilitate onsite workshops with customers engaging teams from ERP and backend systems to gather detailed requirements Consult customers on industry best practices and how a labeling system sits in overall customer IT ecosystem, how it ingest data and how extends data to other systems Analyze customers ways of working and business processes to tailor the configuration of Veraciti to meet their specific needs **Mandatory Skills:** Proven experience in enterprise implementations like SAP/oracle PLM. Proven customer consultancy experience Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Logical thinking with creative problem solving capabilities Ability to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate diplomacy in client interactions Self starter with flexibility and influencing skills **Preferred Skills:** Working knowledge of artwork creation and related processes Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices and pharmaceuticals Background in labelling packaging design and/or management Knowledge of how a labeling system integrates to ERP/MES and PLM system and factory print processes Demonstrated experience in leading customer engagements workshops and meetings **Qualification:** Strong academic record with a Bachelors degree or equivalent This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and have a strong background in enterprise solutions If you are looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment we encourage you to apply **We are not looking for candidate:** - Who has only supported or administered SAP/Oracle internally. - Who lacks ownership of end-to-end implementation delivery. - Who has primarily managed projects without leading solution design or configuration. - Who has no experience interacting directly with external customers.
