Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 38949 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - NOIDA- BIRLASOFT OFFICE Title: Specialist-Cloud & Infra Operations Description: Area(s) of responsibility Primary Skill: • Excellent verbal communication skills (English) • Experience in handling US customer over the phone. • Desktop support experience • ITIL framework knowledge • Technical experience • Basic Java scripting knowledge. • L1 & L2 server support (Windows service starts, stops, restarts). • L2 IT Servicedesk support & Queue monitoring. • Code promotion and migration (DLL & Class files). • - Autosys tool scheduling support and administration, hands-on experience in either one: • - CA WLA (Workload Automation) • BMC Control-M (Helix) • - Cloud based infrastructure (IAAS) support awareness. • Incident creation and handling using ITIL based ticketing tool. • Active directory management. • Team player.
