Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next. **OVERVIEW** Sr. Häagen-Dazs Shops Learning Management Systems Specialist is expected to: - This is a specialized role around Project Management/LMS administration, governance and managing the content development for HDS business. - Provide consultation to Franchise and Operation teams on increasing learning effectiveness and compliance in their regions. - Connect with regional point of contacts for localization of content and reviews - Work with external vendor partner Netex to maintain the learning platform for the HD shops business - Create and improve process flows and documentation related to the project - Manage and lead the learning projects for HDS Training and Data Manager. - Provide administration and troubleshooting support for the myHaagen LMS platform. Works in close collaboration with the HDS Training and Data Manager, vendor partners, and internal SMEs to produce a range of effective, high quality and innovative learning experiences. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** Project Management (In partnership with stakeholder) - Project planning - Pilots for new regions and stabilize the system rollout - Work with Netex vendor to maintain, troubleshoot and manage the learning platform - myHaagen - Lead and manage project discussion with various regional stakeholders related to launch of new learning courses - Provide training and documentation to SMEs from different regions as part of the launch program - Provide platform end user training to Franchisee, Shop Managers. - Conduct Process trainings to Franchisee and Operation Teams/Heads, and Shop Managers - Share best practices, training guides and documentation with the team - Responsible for governance and KPI metrics for myHaagen platform - Contribute and take part in learning technology features and enhancement rollout discussions Manage Internal Clients: - Work in close collaboration with the HDS Training and Data Manager and Franchisee and Operation Teams/Heads to keep projects on track - Effectively communicate with diverse SME’s, interpret the client’s vision, and bring their project to life while managing their expectations - Provide timely updates to SME’s and proactively resolve issues - Demonstrate a high level of customer orientation towards SME’s & stakeholders - Highlight and manage potential risks to project deliveries and timelines Manage External Partnerships: - Strategically address service issues with Netex support team. - Build a trusting and effective relationship with Netex vendors partners through regular connects Manage Content creation: - Work with SMEs to understand the module objectives and prepare for development - Ensure timelines are met as per the estimated project completion - Ensure the required updates, edits, localization and functionality tests for the Learning Modules - Facilitate creation of demos to educate SMEs on technology features. - Support the queries/requests regarding LMS, eLearning from Haagen-Dazs internal teams. - Stay connected with learning trends and technology in other organizations Haagen Dazs LMS Administration: - Ownership of the LMS Administration process - User and access management - Maintain stability of the automated workflows (Zapier – user registrations, line managers, ShopIDs) - Troubleshooting and QA testing on multiple devices (iOS, Android and Web) - Content deployment, Assignments and End user support. - Weekly/Monthly reporting - Dashboard management Strategies: - Be the go-to person for information and guidance on services or projects - Maintain and update related process documentations for training and business continuity - Drive process improvement through Continuous Improvement tools - Identify & share best practices across other teams, internal clients and vendors - Perform activities with metrics focus - Automate processes and adopt technology wherever needed **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors Preferred Degree Requirements: Bachelors Preferred Major Area of Study: Programming knowledge preferred Required Professional Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in training & development or, Computer Science or Graphic Design or related field **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** - 8-10 years of professional experience, majorly in eLearning Content Design & Development, LMS administration, management of global stakeholders and having experience to lead a team - 6-8 years of demonstrated success creating effective e-learning are required - 1-2 years of demonstrated success in handling LMS system administration - 2-3 years’ experience in stakeholder (Global) and team management **Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed** - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English, are required. - Attentive listening skills and attention to detail are necessary to be effective in this role. - Ability to partner with peers and project team members and demonstrate collaborative and effective teamwork. - Ability to work cross-functionally and learn quickly. - Good problem-solving skills, bias for action, decisive, strong time management skills. - Effective at developing creative/innovative solutions, including the creation of reusable objects. - Ability to successfully lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, using an analytical and methodical approach to work completion. - Ability a
