At Straive, we are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Statutory Compliance to manage and ensure end-to-end compliance across our PAN India operations. If you have a thorough understanding of labor laws, statutory regulations, compliance audits, and enjoy partnering with internal and external stakeholders to build a compliant workplace, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities 1 Statutory Compliance Management (75%) Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations across PAN India locations. Manage EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and government authorities for statutory registrations, renewals, inspections, and compliance matters. Monitor statutory changes and implement necessary updates across the organization. 2 Audit & Governance (10%) Maintain statutory records, registers, licenses, and documentation as per legal requirements. Prepare compliance dashboards, MIS reports, and management updates. Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions. 3 Stakeholder Management & Process Excellence (15%) Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Business teams to ensure seamless compliance execution. Support due diligence activities, vendor compliance reviews, and employee compliance-related queries. Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to strengthen compliance governance.
