Job description

**Role Overview:** The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific department within the quick commerce store. They ensure inventory accuracy, team productivity, stock availability, and excellent customer service for their department. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage end-to-end operations for the assigned department (e.g., Dairy, Fruits & Veg, FMCG, etc.) Monitor inventory levels; ensure timely stock replenishment and order accuracy. Supervise and schedule department staff for maximum productivity and shift coverage. Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety & hygiene norms. Address and resolve customer queries or complaints related to the department. Conduct regular audits on expiry dates, damages, and pilferage. Work closely with the store manager to optimize department performance and sales. **Requirements:** 3+ years of experience in retail/store operations, preferably in Ecommerce. Strong people management skills. Good understanding of inventory and stock management. Comfortable using POS systems and inventory software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
