We are hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead the overall operations of our Hypermarket in Trichy. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end store operations. • Drive sales and achieve business targets. • Handle store P&L and profitability. • Ensure store hygiene and operational excellence. • Lead and develop the store team. • Manage inventory and deliver an excellent customer experience. Eligibility: • Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) • 5+ years of experience in Hypermarket/Supermarket/Retail operations. • Strong leadership, P&L, and team management skills.
