Supplier Development Executive (Remote, PAN India travelling required)

Job description

Role: Supplier Development Executive Location: Remote (However this role demand travelling PAN India as required) Requirement:   • Experience Level: 3 to 7 years of experience. They are not looking for a senior manager or someone with a multinational leadership profile.   • Candidate Attributes: Technically capable, responsible, proactive, and high-potential. The candidate should be eager to grow with the company and open to direct mentoring from the leadership team.   • Industry Background: Experience in paper, paper packaging, paper bags, printing, converting, procurement, or supplier development is a significant advantage. Strong technical candidates from adjacent manufacturing industries with the right potential and learning capability will also be considered.   • Key Responsibilities: Full availability and willingness to travel frequently throughout India. Duties include visiting current and potential suppliers, conducting factory visits, following up on production, supporting quality inspections, and developing new suppliers.   • Location: Remote, PAN India. Candidates based in or with easy access to major manufacturing hubs like Gujarat or Maharashtra are preferred.   • Language Skills: Fluent English is a strict requirement. Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage for regular communication with the Latin American team.
