Job Position :  System Admin Exp-Range-5 -10Years Required Tech stack :System Admin, BMC Remedy, BMC Helix ITSM,CMDB Interview Date :27th-August-26 Interview mode :Virtual Venue : Chennai, Kochi, Pune Must Have : • Hands-on experience in BMC Remedy 9X, SmartIT and DWP. • Lead and manage BMC Remedy ITSM projects • • Solution Design and implementation of required integrations with the BMC Remedy Action Request System • Development Experience in all ITSM Modules like Change, Incident, Problem, Work Order, SRM, and SLM. • Experience in Installation of ARS, Atrium Core, ITSM, SRM, SLM, DWP, Smart IT and Smart reporting and Remedy SSO • Good-to-Have • • Good Knowledge of CMDB and Good understating of discovery tool ADDM • Good Knowledge in the architecture of foundation and Asset data. Good Knowledge in the SRM with Advance Interface form concepts. • Good Knowledge in Smart Reporting to provide report solutions based on views and custom formulas
