Role Dimensions • Role: Talent Acquisition Executive • Location: Bengaluru • Number of direct reportees: Individual contributor role About the Role- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback • Negotiate salary and release offer letters • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records • Coordinate onboarding formalities with internal teams • Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines Required Skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong understanding of recruitment process • Experience in sourcing through portals and social media • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously • Good coordination and follow-up skills • Knowledge of Excel / recruitment trackers Qualification • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred Experience • 1 to 3 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Preferred • Experience in startup or fast-paced hiring environment Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
