Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage bulk hiring processes for retail assets, ensuring timely delivery of candidates. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Conduct volume hiring campaigns across multiple locations, maintaining high standards of quality control. • Manage daily and weekly reports and update stakeholders on hiring progress. Job Requirements : • 2-6 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in banking and financial industry. • Candidates having understanding of Retail Assets will be preferred. • Proven track record of successful bulk hiring management. • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
