About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Management Specialist II to support our Learning & Development and Talent Management initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering seamless learning experiences by managing learning systems, coordinating programs, maintaining reporting, supporting virtual and instructor-led training, and ensuring learning resources are easily accessible across the organization. Key Responsibilities Learning Systems Administration • Administer and maintain learning platforms, including Workday Learning and LinkedIn Learning. • Manage course creation, enrollments, learning campaigns, attendance tracking, completions, and learner records. • Perform ongoing system maintenance and ensure learning data accuracy. Learning Program Coordination • Support the planning and execution of live, virtual, and on-demand learning programs. • Coordinate scheduling, participant communications, calendar invitations, learning materials, rosters, reminders, and post-session activities. • Ensure a smooth learner experience from registration through completion. Reporting & Analytics • Generate, maintain, and analyze learning and talent management reports. • Track participation, completion rates, learner engagement, adoption trends, and feedback metrics. • Provide accurate insights and support ad-hoc reporting requests. Content & Knowledge Management • Maintain SharePoint sites, intranet pages, and digital learning hubs. • Ensure learning resources, guides, templates, and links are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. • Support content governance and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Learning Content Development • Create and update learning materials, including: • Presentation decks • Facilitator guides • Job aids • FAQs • Learner communications • Knowledge articles • Short learning videos Training Production Support • Support the recording, editing, and production of webinars, workshops, and virtual learning sessions. • Partner with facilitators and subject matter experts to deliver professional and engaging learning experiences. Talent Management Support • Assist with broader Talent Management initiatives, including: • Performance Management • Talent Reviews • Succession Planning • Leadership Development programs • Support program administration, reporting, and documentation. Continuous Improvement • Monitor learner feedback and system-related issues. • Recommend process improvements to enhance learning accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness. • Contribute to operational excellence across Learning & Development programs. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, LMS Administration, Instructional Design, or related fields. • Hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS). • Experience with Workday Learning preferred. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, intranet pages, or similar content management platforms. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting virtual learning programs and webinar platforms. • Knowledge of LinkedIn Learning administration. • Familiarity with learning analytics, dashboards, and reporting. • Experience creating learning content and learner-facing resources. • Exposure to Talent Management processes and programs.
