Job description

Role & responsibilities • Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive programs. • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules. • Design compensation templates, worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and planning processes. • Configure compensation statements, executive review, route maps, and permissions. • Support annual merit, promotion, adjustment, and bonus cycles. • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions. • Configure business rules, workflows, foundation objects, and role-based permissions. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Talent Management teams for end-to-end solution integration. • Support integrations with Employee Central, Payroll, and third-party systems.
