Job Description Team Lead, Delivery Center Operations Location: Sriperumbudur & Arakkonam, Tamil Nadu Salary: 3.25 4.00 LPA Experience: Minimum 1 year in Logistics / Delivery Operations Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Team Lead – Delivery Center Operations to manage day-to-day delivery center activities, coordinate delivery teams, and ensure timely and efficient shipment processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics or delivery operations and strong team-handling skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations at the delivery center, including shipment receiving, sorting, dispatch, and delivery coordination. • Supervise and guide delivery executives and center staff. • Monitor daily delivery performance and ensure shipments are delivered within defined timelines. • Track pending, undelivered, and returned shipments and take corrective action. • Coordinate with delivery executives, hub teams, customers, and other internal departments. • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, returns, and operational activities. • Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of the team. • Handle operational issues and resolve day-to-day delivery-related escalations. • Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational guidelines. • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share performance updates with management. • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, warehouse, or delivery center operations. • Prior experience in team supervision or team coordination is preferred. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage and motivate a team. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting. • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. • Willingness to work in a fast-paced delivery/operations environment. • Candidates who can work in Sriperumbudur or Arakkonam are preferred.
