This could be your next big move! 👇 🔎 What You’ll Own: ✔ End-to-end inventory management (Stock accuracy, Ageing, DOH, Stock Health) ✔ Shrinkage control — loss identification, SOP implementation, audits & corrective actions ✔ Complete dark store operations — inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns & reconciliation ✔ KPI ownership: Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrink %, Productivity & SLA adherence ✔ Manpower planning — rostering, productivity tracking & performance management ✔ Escalation handling — inventory mismatches, operational disruptions, manpower gaps ✔ Process compliance, safety & operational excellence across shifts ✔ Training & capability building for scalable execution ✔ Data-driven bottleneck identification & continuous improvement 🎯 Who We’re Looking For: 🔹 1–5 yrs in Warehouse / Dark Store / Retail / E-commerce Ops 🔹 Strong knowledge of Cycle Count, Inventory Audits, Shrinkage 🔹 Team handling experience 👥 Ideal Background: Professionals currently working in: 🔹 Quick Commerce 🔹 E-commerce Fulfillment Centers 🔹 Dark Stores 🔹 Retail Supply Chain 🔹 3PL & Logistics Operations 🔹 Last Mile Operations If you’re managing high-velocity inventory environments and driving operational KPIs daily we want to connect.
