Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and responsible Team Lead Motherhub Operations to oversee day-to-day Motherhub activities and ensure smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and manage daily Motherhub operations. • Lead, guide, and supervise the operations team. • Ensure timely processing, dispatch, and operational compliance. • Track productivity and maintain operational KPIs. • Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. • Maintain reports, records, and process adherence. • Drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the hub. Requirements • Graduate in any discipline. • 1 - 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, hub, or operations management. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
