Work Location: Vashi Interview Location: Malad Process: Domestic / International – Voice Role Overview Responsible for managing daily outbound voice sales operations and supervising the performance of a sales team in a captive call center environment. Key Responsibilities Manage & drive sales performance of 5–10 team members Coach, train, motivate, and support team for target achievement Monitor KPIs – Sales, Conversion, Productivity, Quality Provide regular call feedback and performance reviews Assist Team Manager in process improvement & quality initiatives Ensure positive work culture and continuous learning Handle daily sales & service request management Meet and exceed department goals Apply performance management standards consistently Preference: Team handling experience in Motor / Health / Travel Insurance Eligibility Criteria Education: Any Graduate / MBA (Full Time / Distance) Experience: Total experience: 3+ years 1–2 years as Sales Team Leader (Domestic BPO – Voice) Required Skills Call Center Voice Sales General Insurance Sales KPI & Performance Management People Management & Leadership Dialer Handling MS Excel & Word Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Contact Details: Namrata Shinde 7977468255
