**Please find the JD below:** Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with strong expertise in Java, JSP, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Enterprise Application Architecture in Banking & Financial Services domain. The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, driving technical design decisions, ensuring successful project delivery, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Experience Range:** 8–15 Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead and mentor development teams across multiple projects. Define application architecture, technical standards, and best practices. Review solution designs, code quality, and deployment strategies. Drive technical discussions with business, architects, and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to security, performance, and scalability standards. Application Development **Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using:** Java 8/11/17, JSP, Spring Framework , Spring Boot, Spring MVC ,Spring Security, React JS Guide teams in implementing RESTful APIs and distributed systems. Microservices & Integration Design and implement Microservices architecture. Define service communication patterns. Handle API Gateway, Service Discovery, Circuit Breakers, and Resilience patterns. Drive integration with third-party systems and enterprise applications. Kafka & Event-Driven Architecture Design and implement Kafka-based event-driven solutions. Manage Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and consumer groups. Optimize messaging performance and reliability. Ensure message ordering, retry mechanisms, and fault tolerance. Delivery & Project Management Expert knowledge in Agile Process – Scrum , Lean , Kanban & SAFe Estimate effort, resources, and timelines. Track project progress and manage delivery risks. Conduct sprint planning, code reviews, and release planning. Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product teams. Responsible for understanding requirements , breaking down to smaller milestones , execute and deliver working software to clients Responsible for estimations and cost management in a fixed bid project Stakeholder Management Interact with business users and leadership teams. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
