We are seeking a results-oriented **Technical Project Manage**r to lead our most ambitious **AI initiatives**. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring that our cutting-edge innovations translate into impactful business solutions. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our technical data science and engineering teams, driving projects from conceptualization to deployment. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Planning & AI Lifecycle Management:** Define project scope and manage AI-specific milestones, including data preparation, model training/evaluation, and production deployment. **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Facilitate collaboration between data scientists, backend engineers, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment. **Stakeholder Communication**: Serve as the **primary point of contact**, translating complex AI technicalities into clear progress reports and strategic updates for leadership. **Budget & Risk Management**: Identify potential technical hurdles or data dependencies early; manage project budgets and develop mitigation strategies for non-deterministic AI outcomes. Required Technical Skills **Project Management Frameworks**: Expert proficiency in **Agile/Scrum** methodologies and tools like J**ira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps**. **AI/ML Concepts**: Strong conceptual understanding of **LLM** lifecycles, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (**RAG**), and data engineering requirements. **Technical Familiarity**: Ability to navigate **Python**-based environments and understand API documentation (e.g., **FastAPI**) to better manage developer timelines. **Leadership & Soft Skills** **Stakeholder Management**: Exceptional ability to manage expectations and align diverse teams toward unified project goals. **Team Leadership:** Proven track record of leading technical teams and fostering a high-performance culture. **Communication**: Ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business objectives for non-technical stakeholders. **Agile Mindset**: Experienced in working within Agile/Scrum frameworks, managing sprint deliverables, and adapting rapidly to evolving AI technologies. Perform project closure activities, including final reporting, lesson learned documentation, and archiving of project materials. **Education & Qualifications** Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Management field. Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Prince2 are highly preferred, along with experience in AI/ML project delivery.
