Key Responsibilities: • Perform biochemical tests on clinical specimens. • Prepare and analyze samples with accuracy and precision. • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and laboratory protocols. • Document results and assist in the preparation of reports for clinicians. • Participate in quality control and assurance procedures. • Train and supervise junior laboratory staff as needed. • Keep up to date with advancements in biochemistry and laboratory techniques. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field. • Proficient in laboratory techniques and procedures relevant to biochemistry. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Familiarity with laboratory safety practices and regulations.
