Roles and Responsibility • Operate and maintain medical equipment and instruments in the blood bank. • Collect, process, and store blood samples from donors. • Conduct tests on blood samples to ensure safety and quality. • Maintain accurate records of blood donations and transfusions. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Job Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in a blood bank or related field. • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Familiarity with medical software and technology.
