Job Opening: Tele Collection Executive Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon Experience: 1+ years in Tele Collection Salary: Up to 25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Product Portfolio: \\* Unsecured Loans \\* Secured Loans Collection Bucket: \\* 0 Bucket to Write-Off Key Responsibilities: \\* Handle telephonic collections for assigned loan portfolios. \\* Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery. \\* Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining customer relationships. \\* Achieve collection targets and maintain productivity metrics. \\* Update collection status accurately in the system and adhere to compliance guidelines. Requirements: \\* Minimum 1 year of experience in tele collections. \\* Good communication and negotiation skills. \\* Prior experience in secured and/or unsecured loan collections will be preferred.
