**Job Opening: Tele Collection Executive** **Location:** Sector 44, Gurgaon **Experience:** 1+ years in Tele Collection **Salary:** Up to 25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives **Product Portfolio:** \\* Unsecured Loans \\* Secured Loans **Collection Bucket:** \\* 0 Bucket to Write-Off **Key Responsibilities:** \\* Handle telephonic collections for assigned loan portfolios. \\* Follow up with customers for overdue payments and ensure timely recovery. \\* Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining customer relationships. \\* Achieve collection targets and maintain productivity metrics. \\* Update collection status accurately in the system and adhere to compliance guidelines. **Requirements:** \\* Minimum 1 year of experience in tele collections. \\* Good communication and negotiation skills. \\* Prior experience in secured and/or unsecured loan collections will be preferred.
