Role & Responsibilities:- • Make outbound calls and convert leads into policy sales. • Understand Customer Requirements and recommend suitable insurance products. • Explain product features, benefits, and coverage effectively. • Achieve Monthly sales target and drive revenue growth. • Build strong customer relationship and ensure a great Customer experience. Preferred candidate profile:- • Minimum 6 Months of Sales experience. • Strong communication and convincing skills.
