**Dear Candidate** **What you'll do:** **Domestic Sales of Insurance Products** **Location: Third Floor, IIFL Tower, 143, MGR Main Road,Kandhanchavadi, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600096** **Contact Person - HR Ankush - WhatsApp your resume to 9810259947.** **Interview Mode: Face to Face** **Job description:** **Key Responsibilities:** - Contact potential and existing customers to promote Insurance products. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Insurance options. - Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. - Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems. - Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations. - Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products. **Required Skills:** 1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Tamil & English is must 2. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely. 3. Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers. 4. Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus. 5. Freshers and experience both can apply.
