Role & responsibilities • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Floor Coating product portfolio. • Develop business opportunities in industrial, commercial, institutional, pharmaceutical, FMCG, warehousing, automotive, healthcare, and infrastructure projects. • Generate specifications with architects, consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), civil engineers, and key influencers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, applicators, industrial customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and institutional clients. • Identify and track upcoming projects to build a strong sales pipeline and maximize business opportunities. • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to promote epoxy, polyurethane (PU), ESD, and specialty floor coating solutions. • Work closely with the Technical Services team to conduct site inspections, product trials, and ensure successful project execution. • Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and applicator networks to increase market penetration. • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders while maintaining profitability. • Ensure timely order execution by coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, and Technical teams. • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, market trends, and customer requirements, and provide regular market intelligence. • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables from customers and channel partners. • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales forecasts, project pipeline, and MIS/CRM reports. • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines. • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to develop business and strengthen customer relationships.
