**Senior Test Automation Engineer / Lead** **Experience:** **6–8 Years** **Role Summary** Leads automation design and implementation, mentors junior engineers, and defines automation best practices for AI-enabled applications. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and enhance scalable test automation frameworks - Lead automation strategy for UI, API, and AI workflows - Review automation code and ensure quality standards - Implement automation in CI/CD pipelines - Collaborate with Product, Dev, and Data teams - Introduce prompt-based and AI-assisted testing techniques - Mentor 2–4 test automation engineers **Mandatory Skills (with Experience)** - Test Automation Strategy: 5+ years - Selenium Framework Design: 4+ years - Programming: Python or Java – 4+ years - CI/CD Pipelines: 3+ years (Jenkins/Azure DevOps) - AI / Prompt Engineering Exposure: 1+ year - API & Integration Testing: 3+ years - Agile & DevOps Practices: Strong hands-on **Good to Have** - Cloud testing (Azure/AWS) - Performance testing basics - Security testing awareness - Exposure to ML/AI validation **Education Requirement** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
