**Job Description** Candidates should have 815 years of experience in water or waste water treatment projects, with at least 3-5 years in a Testing and Commissioning role. Strong knowledge of treatment processes, equipment, and PLC/SCADA systems is essential, along with good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. The role is primarily site-based and may require extended working hours during commissioning phases. - The Testing Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all testing and commissioning activities for water and wastewater treatment plants. - The role ensures that all systems, equipment, and processes are installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and operate as per design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements before handover. - Develop detailed commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules, and coordinate with engineering, construction, and client teams. - Review design drawings, PIDs, and technical specifications, and identify system boundaries and commissioning priorities. - Ensure completion of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installations prior to commissioning. - Verify equipment alignment, calibration, and integrity. - Supervise flushing, cleaning, hydro-testing, and loop checking activities, and prepare necessary checklists and inspection reports. - Lead dry and wet commissioning of treatment systems and oversee start-up activities of pumps, blowers, motors, clarifiers, filters, aeration systems, chemical dosing systems, and PLC/SCADA control systems. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues. - Conduct trial runs and performance guarantee tests, ensuring treated water meets required regulatory standards. - Optimize process parameters such as flow, pH, dissolved oxygen, and sludge handling, and document all test results and compliance reports. - Prepare and submit commissioning reports, test certificates, and as-built documentation. - Support client training, assist in final handover, and ensure all punch points are completed prior to project closure. - Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and comply with all applicable environmental regulations, pollution control norms, and project quality requirements.
