Ensure smooth processing of trade products and provide timely customer support. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries related to LC, BG, Import/Export Bills, and Trade Loans. • Verify applications and supporting documents before processing. • Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, and Sales teams. • Track transactions and provide status updates to customers. • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. • Maintain accurate records and support timely transaction processing. Skills Required: • Good communication and customer service skills. • Basic understanding of banking/trade finance products. • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Profile: Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Banking Operations, Trade Finance, Customer Service, or Back-office Operations.
