Job description

Achieve business objectives for retail liabilities sales at the branch, meeting value, volume, and productivity metrics. Generate revenue through the sale of CASA, cross-sell products, and third-party offerings like insurance. Source high-value CASA customers and build comprehensive family banking relationships. Acquire new-to-bank customers through personal efforts and acquisition channels. Contact a minimum of 20 customers daily and meet at least 4 customers/prospects per day. Upgrade customers from lower product categories to premium offerings. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
