Roles and Responsibilities • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization. • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions. • Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes accordingly. • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
