The organization is committed to making insurance protection inclusive, accessible, and transparent for all. **Role Description** The Relationship Manager – Life Insurance / Health Insurance / Motor Insurance is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior. This role involves building and managing relationships with customers, understanding their protection needs, and recommending suitable insurance products across life, health, and motor categories. The Relationship Manager will guide customers through the end-to-end sales and service journey, including policy selection, documentation support, and claim assistance, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams and insurance partners to resolve customer queries. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, meeting sales and service targets, and staying updated on product features, regulatory norms, and market developments. **Qualifications** - Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement. - Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, including experience in meeting revenue or conversion targets in insurance or financial services. - Knowledge of life, health, and motor insurance products, along with an understanding of basic underwriting concepts and claims processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages. - Basic digital literacy, including use of mobile apps, CRM tools, and online platforms for policy issuance and documentation. - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer cases and follow-ups efficiently. - Prior experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial advisory roles is highly beneficial. - Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; professional insurance certifications are an added advantage. - Ability to work on-site in Gwalior, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and uphold ethical, customer-first practices.
