Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Review and analyze mortgage applications to determine loan eligibility, creditworthiness, and risk assessment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex underwriting issues and improve process efficiency. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mortgage underwriting. Job Requirements : • 3-6 years of experience in mortgage underwriting or related field. • Strong understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter (DU) or similar platforms.
