**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Review and analyze mortgage applications to determine loan eligibility, creditworthiness, and risk assessment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex underwriting issues and improve process efficiency. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mortgage underwriting. **Job Requirements :** - 3-6 years of experience in mortgage underwriting or related field. - Strong understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter (DU) or similar platforms.
