𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 : •Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling health insurance policies. • Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents. • Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped. •Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents. • Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to them. •Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queries. • Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis andmaintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 / 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: •Problem Solving & Relationship Management •Good communication skills •Collaborating & Result Oriented •Graduate or MBA/Masters in any stream. Marketing & Finance (Preferred) • Experience: 0-2 years
