Paisabazaar is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive the Home Loan (Prime Segment) business. The candidate will be responsible for managing field sales teams, driving high-value loan disbursements, and building strong channel partnerships. Location - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: • Drive Home Loan sales in the Prime segment with focus on high-value ticket size (15 Cr+). • Manage and lead an on-roll field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client. work on a given leads and converting them into sales. • Ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing from login to disbursement. • Monitor team performance and provide on-ground coaching and support. • Maintain compliance with company policies and lender guidelines. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned area. Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Home Loan Sales (Prime segment mandatory). • Proven experience in handling high-ticket size cases (15 Cr+). • Experience in managing on-roll field sales teams. • Strong understanding of end-to-end loan disbursement process. • Regional language proficiency is mandatory. • Only candidates with Home Loan experience will be considered.
