Job description

**2. Key Responsibilities** A. Sales & Business Development - Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans. - Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers. - Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement. - Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities. B. Customer Handling - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products. - Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements. - Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support. C. Documentation & Verification - Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents. - Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies. - Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing. D. Loan Processing - Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal. - Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status. - Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations. E. Post-Disbursement Support - Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion. - Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries. - Assist in overdue follow-ups when required. **3. Required Skills & Competencies** - Strong communication and customer-handling skills. - Good negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities. - Basic knowledge of loan products and finance industry. - Ability to work independently and meet targets. - Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. **4. Qualifications & Experience** - Educational Qualification: Graduation - Experience: 13 years in sales, vehicle loan, or banking/NBFC sector. - Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. **5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Monthly loan disbursement target achievement. - Dealer relationship score and new dealer onboarded. - TAT for login and disbursement. - Portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
