HDFC Life Insurance Company Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager Location: Across Pune CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (Based on Interview Performance) Job Description: • Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Consultants. • Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve business targets. • Drive life insurance sales through the agency channel. • Generate leads and assist advisors in customer acquisition. • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales goals. • Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers. • Monitor advisor productivity and policy persistency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Eligibility: • Graduate in any discipline. • Experience in sales, insurance, banking, BFSI, or field sales preferred. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-sales environment.
