**WALK In DRIVE in Mumbai Thane office on 26th July 2026 (Sunday)** **Reporting Time:** 9:30 - 1 PM **Reporting Venue:** Tata Consultancy Services Ltd,  Yantra Park, Pokharan Road Number 2, TCS Approach Rd, Thane West, Thane 400601 **Role:** Billing Executive **Location**: "Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Yantra Park, Pokharan Road Number 2, TCS Approach Rd, Thane West, Thane 400601 **Exp Range:** 2 - 7 Years **Qualifications:** - Graduate preferably in Computer Science & at least 2-4 years experience of Billing Officer - An analytical mind with problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Proficient in MS Office mainly excel **Job Responsibilities** - Prepare billing data based on template provided. - Cross verifying data - Provide approval to vendor to upload invoices in VMS along with soft copy status - Process and monitor bills related credit notes - Initiate and establish new procedures in billing tasks - Handle billing inquiries from the vendors - Handle Ledger for respective vendor - Prepare monthly or periodic reports of all billings - Prepare provisional statements - Prepare weekly report for GST applicable cases - Must have knowledge on GST calculation - Resolve technical issues for billing process
