Walk-In Interview Date: 18th September 11PM -3PM Locations: Noida -HCL Technologies Ltd., Noida Sector-60, Noida- A8&9 Experience: 2 to 12 Years (Relevant experience is mandatory) No Freshers will be entertained. About the Role Join the Business Enablement & Support Team (BEST) and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, commercial governance, contract compliance, stakeholder management, and account health management while enhancing customer experience. Key Responsibilities End-to-end Commercial Operations Management Contract Compliance & Governance Billing, Revenue & Receivables Management Customer & Stakeholder Management Revenue Leakage Prevention & DSO Reduction SOW and Contract Amendment Management Account Health Monitoring & Reporting Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Financial Risk Mitigation Dashboard Preparation & Executive Reporting Eligibility Bachelor's Degree (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc IT/B.Com/BBA/BA Economics with Mathematics) Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th & Graduation) 2-12 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Contract Compliance, or Stakeholder Management Strong knowledge of contract management, billing, receivables, governance, and commercial processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced MS Excel proficiency (Pivots, Complex Functions, Macros preferred) MBA/PGDBM will be an added advantage Preferred Skills Commercial Operations Contract Review & Compliance Billing & Receivables Management Revenue Assurance Governance Frameworks Customer Relationship Management Financial Analysis & Reporting IT Contract Understanding Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Work Location: Noida / Lucknow No Cab Facility If you meet the criteria and are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career with HCLTech, we would love to meet you!
