The selected candidates will get a wonderful opportunity to work in large IT clients and Commercial IT Park. **Job Location:** Chennai (Perambur, Porur, Sholinganallur, Tharamani, Perungudi & Navalur) **Experience Required:** 2 to 15+ Years **Positions Open:** **1.Chief Engineer (Electrical ) / Chief Engineer (Mechanical):** Diploma/B.E. in EEE with **15+ years of experience** in the operation, maintenance, and management of commercial IT parks, corporate campuses, or high-rise building. **2.** **Fit-Out Assistant Manager (Architecture/AutoCAD) & Civil Manager**: Diploma or Graduate with relevant fit-out experience and strong knowledge of architectural drawings, AutoCAD, and civil project execution. **3. Shift Engineer - Electrical :** Diploma / BE in EEE with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling the commercial IT park or any high rise building. **4. Fire Safety Officer:** Diploma / Any graduate with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant experience. **5. Asst Manager / Deputy Manager / Sr Manager - Electrical:** Diploma / BE in EEE / ECE with a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in Facility or Property. **6. Soft Services Executive / Asst Manager/ Manager:** Diploma / Any Graduate with min 3 to 15 years of experience in Facilities or Property Management. **7. MIS Executive:** Diploma / Any Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in preparing reports, maintaining data, and using Excel to support business operations **8. F&B Executive:** Diploma / Any graduate in hotel and Catering management with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience. **9.** **Food Court Manager:** Diploma / Any graduate with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in handling the overall Cafeteria operations and vendor management. Candidate from a Corporate or a large chain of restaurant can apply. **10. HSE - Executive /Manager:** Diploma / Any graduate with a minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. **11. Assistant Security/ Security Manager:** Diploma / Any graduate with a minimum of 4 to 12+ years of relevant experience in handling overall physical security operations in a facility or property. Candidates with a defense background (Army/Navy) are preferred. **12. Property Manager:** Diploma / BE with 15+ years of experience in handling the entire campus operations. **13.** **Front Office Executive/ Guest Relations role: \\*FEMALE\\*** Diploma or Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in handling the front office. Preferably from Hotels or Aviation background. **14. Procurement Executive/ Asst Manager/ Manager:** Diploma or Any Graduate with 2 to 10+ years relevant experience. **15. Assistant Manager IBMS** : Diploma / BE in EEE/ ECE/ Mech & mini 5+ years of experience in IBMS/BMS operations. **16. Helpdesk Executive:** Diploma or Any Graduate with mini 2 years of relevant experience. **17. Accounts Executive/ Manager:** Diploma or Any Graduate with relevant experience 3 to 10 years of experience Facilities or Property Management **18.
