Job description

The Consultant will be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment master data by handling destination changes, correcting misrouted shipments, validating PIN codes, and updating customer geo-location details. Key Responsibilities: • Process destination changes and route shipments to the correct hub/center. • Identify and correct misrouted shipments using address, PIN code, and routing guidelines. • Validate and correct PIN codes and customer addresses. • Update accurate latitude and longitude details using Google Maps or approved tools. • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and SOP compliance while minimizing errors and rework. • Coordinate with Operations and escalate exceptions to the Team Lead. Required Skills: • Basic understanding of logistics, shipment routing, and address/PIN code validation. • Familiarity with Google Maps and Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Qualification & Experience • Graduate in any discipline preferred. • Experience in logistics, operations, data processing, or Master Data Management (MDM) is an advantage.
